Hi,
A 16-week marathon training schedule added to the Marathon Training page. The schedule assumes you have been running for at least 6-10 weeks at can run for at least 30 minutes without stopping.
A 10-week half marathon training schedule added to the Half Marathon Training page. This schedule assumes you have been running for at least four weeks and can run 30 minutes without stopping before beginning the schedule.
