Need some running tips or a motivational push? Consultation sessions by phone are available to help you at any point, whether you are just beginning to run and want to know the best way to get started, looking for marathon or half marathon training advice, or much more. Maybe you are training and find yourself dragging a bit and just want a kick in the rear to recharge your motivation!

Whatever the case, sessions are available Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST.

Sessions last up to one hour and average 25-30 minutes.

Within 24 hours of receipt of your request, you will receive an email to confirm the call time.
